Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?

A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas further out.  We will send  you a Price Zone Map upon request.  Remember, prices do not include sales tax.

Q: Do you deliver to other towns and cities?

A: Yes.  Once again,  please be aware that due to rising gas prices and travel time we have a price zone system in place.  Please call our office for a current quote.

Q: Does the standard two hour rental time for Birthday events include your set up time?

A: No.  We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

Q: Does the standard four hour rental time for Corporate and Mitzvah events include your set up time?

A: No.  We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

Q: When do you set up?

A: That depends on the type of event.  Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before a Corporate or Mitzvah event starts.   For Laser Tag, with all of the inflatables we arrive approximately 2 hours before the event.  The Mobile Entertainment Trailer is approximately one half hour before the event.  Outdoor Movies, we set up about 1.5 hours before the event.

Q: Do we have to provide power for the Mobile Entertainment Trailer?

A: No.  The Mobile Entertainment Trailer is completely self generated and there is no need for us to use power from your house.

Q: What about parks?  Do parks have electricity?

A: We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity.  If we are running the Mobile Entertainment Trailer or Laser Tag we are OK.  If we are running any of our other stations, you must rent a generator.  We rent generators at a reasonable cost.  Also, parks work on a first come, first serve basis so get your spot early in the day.  Client is responsible for park permission and permits.  Each park has different requirements.  We will provide any Insurance Forms required.

Q: What payments do you take?

A: Cash or Credit Cards.  If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

A: Please check out our Policies page for details.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes.  All orders require a 50%  deposit. The deposit is non-refundable but is transferrable.   If you cancel we will find a mutually agreed upon date and time to move the deposit to.  The rain check is good for one year from the initial party date.
